Shertech Pharmacy in Asheville continued to grow in 2007.  While traveling extensively over Western North Carolina to deliver their doses the location set a new Shertech record for the number of miles driven in a year.

Compounded prescriptions continue to be an integral part of this business as Asheville invested in additional pharmacist training for this specialty. Our customers value the quality and reliability of our products and services and the dedication to the profession of all the Asheville employees.

Shertech Laboratories moved their corporate offices to Duncan, South Carolina in 2006.  This office provides administrative services for the entire company, and is the home of the accounting offices.  Our corporate office also serves as a central location for the sales and marketing staff.  Conviently located off of I-85.

Our full service nuclear pharmacy opened in October 2006 in Charlotte, NC. At the request of customers in the area, we put together a top notch staff with a technologically advanced pharmacy that exceeds all current standards, is set up to meet clean manufacturing practices, and all new pharmacy sterility standards.

The pharmacy is located within easy access of I-85 and I-485, between downtown and the airport. Our new pharmacists come with experience from nuclear pharmacies in large corporate settings and look forward to providing the Charlotte market with high quality pharmaceuticals, clinical support and outstanding customer service

During the South Carolina Society of Nuclear Medicine Annual Meeting held in Greenville, SC, the facility held an open house and gave tours to technologists, doctors and pharmacists from all over the state. Nuclear medicine professionals had the opportunity to visualize the entire PET production process including a mobile PET/CT scanner parked adjacent to the facility

2006: A GREAT YEAR!

WOW, what a year it's been for the Shertech Pharmacy group. In 2006, the cyclotron facility was finished and began dispensing the next generation radiopharmaceuticals for nuclear medicine. We moved one Shertech location and opened an additional nuclear pharmacy in an exciting metropolitan location. Also new this year was the revised and expanded Shertech website. On line ordering was made available on the website as well as useful information for technologists and physicians. Shertech expanded the sales and marketing department to better serve customers.
